Sweepstakes begins at 9 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) DATE:
November 1, 2007 and ends at 9:00 a.m. (ET) on DATE: January 2, 2008.

Who may enter: Sweepstakes open to legal residents of the United States and its territories, and Canada (excluding the Province of Quebec),
who are 21 years of age or older as of date of entry, and who have computer
access, an e-mail address and Internet access as of the date of entry.
Employees, officers, and directors (including immediate family members
and members of the same household) of Online Vacation Center Holdings and any others
associated with this Sweepstakes are not eligible to participate.
How to enter: Complete the online submission form by
submitting / confirming your e-mail address. All entries must be received
by 9:00 a.m. ET on January 2, 2008. Limit one entry per person. Limit one entry
per e-mail address. Multiple entries from the same person or e-mail address
are void.
Winning: On January 2, 2008, the winner will
be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received.
Online Vacation Center will announce the winning sweepstakes number in
the January 2, 2008 edition of “Hot Vacation Deals”. The
potential Prize Winner must meet all eligibility requirements set forth
in these rules to qualify for prize. Additionally, the winning confirmation number will be posted on our website for 7 days following the drawing.
Prize: A 7 night Caribbean cruise for two in the lowest available inside stateroom aboard Royal Caribbean's Liberty Of The Seas, departing during September or October, 2008. Trip includes cruise
fare, port charges and taxes for the lowest available inside cabin for two passengers based on double occupancy. A retail value of approximately $1,500 in U.S. Funds. It does not include gratuities, transfers, air, or any other additional costs related to the cruise not explicitly
listed herein. Winner and travel companion must travel on the same itinerary
and date and are responsible for proper proof of citizenship and documentation.
All travel must commence by October 25, 2008 and is subject to availability.
Prize details and availability are subject to change, in which case a
prize of equal or greater value will be substituted at Sponsor’s
sole discretion. Certain restrictions and blackout dates
may apply. Not redeemable for cash, non-transferable. No travel will be
permitted over holiday periods, convention periods, or during blackout
dates. Confirmation will be given on a space-available basis only. Once
the reservation has been confirmed, no changes are permitted. Online Vacation
Center and Royal Caribbean International, its parents, subsidiaries, and affiliated
companies are not responsible for any damages or injury incurred by the
contestant winners. The winner is responsible for reporting and paying all federal, state, provincial, local, and municipal taxes related to winning this prize.
Claiming prizes: Potential Winners must sign and return a release of
liability, declaration of eligibility (or in Canada a Declaration of Compliance),
and where lawful, a publicity consent agreement, all within ten (10) days of issuance
or Prize may be forfeited. Canadian residents may be asked to first correctly answer
a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question unaided by any mechanical or
electronic calculation device or otherwise.*
In the event of noncompliance with these
Official Rules, or if the entrant cannot be contacted at the email address
supplied, or if notification is undeliverable, prize will be forfeited. Prize is non-transferable, with
no cash redemptions or substitutions except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
Acceptance of prize also constitutes permission to use winner’s
name, biographical information, and/or likeness for Sponsor’s promotional
and/or advertising purposes without notice or compensation. By participating,
entrants agree to be bound by all the Official Rules of this Sweepstakes.
* As required by the Canadian government.
Conditions:
Participants release and agree to hold harmless Online Vacation Center, and its parents,
affiliates, and subsidiaries or its respective officers, directors, employees, representatives
and agents from any and all liability for any loss, harm, damages, costs or expenses,
including without limitation, property damages, personal injury and/or death, arising
out of participating in the promotion, the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any
prize, or claims based on publicity rights, defamation, invasion of privacy, or merchandise
delivery, participation in this Sweepstakes, or participation in any of this Sweepstakes'
related activity.
Additionally, potential Winner's release and agree to hold harmless Online Vacation Center Holdings,
and its parents, affiliates, and subsidiaries or its respective officers, directors,
employees, representatives and agents from any and all noncompliance with the terms of
these Official Rules and/or federal, national, state, provincial, municipal or local
laws or regulations.
Internet entries will be deemed made by the
authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time
of entry. The authorized account holder is the natural person who is assigned
to the e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider,
or other organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses
or the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Online Vacation
Center is not responsible for any: (a) telephone, computer, hardware,
software, programming or interrupted or unavailable network, server or
other connections, network malfunction, or other technical failures or
errors, or failure to properly process entries; (b) communication disruption
or other forces beyond the reasonable control of the Online Vacation Center,
including inability to access the website, submit entries or other disruption
related to Internet traffic, virus, bug, or non-authorized intervention;
or (c) damage caused by computer virus or otherwise resulting to any computer
from entrant’s access of the Sweepstakes website, whether human,
mechanical, or electronic. If such malfunction, error, disruption, or
damage occurs, and impairs the administration, security, fairness, integrity,
or proper play of the Sweepstakes, Online Vacation Center, in its sole
discretion, may suspend or terminate the Sweepstakes by posting a notice
at www.onlinevacationcenter.com. If the Sweepstakes is terminated before
the end date, Sponsor will determine the winner from all eligible entries
received as of the termination date. Persons found tampering with or abusing
any aspect of this Sweepstakes, or whom Sponsor believes to be causing
malfunction, error, disruption, or damage will be disqualified. Sponsor
reserves the right to void all entries made through any robotic, automatic,
mechanical, programmed, or similar entry duplication method and to disqualify
any individual using such a method. By entering this contest, entrants
agree that Online Vacation Center has the sole right to decide all matters
and disputes arising from the contest and their determination of the winner
is final. All federal, state, provincial, municipal and local laws apply. Void where prohibited
or restricted by law.
